Oranges, all the different kinds of apples, all the different kinds of raspberries, romaine lettuce, all the different kinds of dates, beets, corn, carrots, blueberries, peaches, apricots, sweet cherries, tart cherries, kiwi fruit, green beans, yellow wax beans, lima beans, cucumbers, grapefruit, coconut, asparagus, brussel sprouts, pomegranate, okra, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, yukon gold potatoes, russets, avocados, all the different kinds of pears, bananas, celery, tangerines, all the different kinds of lettuces and greens, strawberries, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, navy beans, cannellini beans, guacamole, hummus, salsa, pineapple, honeydew melon, all the different kinds of melons, mangoes, cilantro, onions, leeks, garlic, lemons, limes, sunflower seeds, all the different kinds of mushrooms including morels, all the different kinds of squash, all the different kinds of plums, all the different kinds of grapes, prunes, broccoli, all the different kinds of kale, radishes, peas, sugar snap peas, pea pods, blackberries, red, yellow, orange, and yellow peppers, fennel, tomatoes, kohlrabi, cantaloupe, mizuna, cauliflower, red cabbage, green cabbage, napa cabbage, bok choy, raisins, oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, almonds, brazil nuts, all the different kinds of dried fruits especially peaches, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pecans, quinoa, barley, brown rice, basmati rice, gold rice, jasmine rice, wild rice, all the kinds of rice

These are a few of my favorite things.

There are plenty of choices with a plant based diet.

I love my healthy plant food diet. The longer you eat a healthy plant based diet, the better the healthy foods taste. Over time you will lose your cravings for the unhealthy food and drink addictions that you've grown up with. If you can give up/limit processed sugar, salt, and oil, your taste buds will become very sensitive to the natural tastes that are sweet and healthy for you. You will never know what I am talking about unless you give this a try. I sincerely hope that you do. I believe that once you have attained a healthy diet, you will never go back.

Healthy eating is the best for you, and the best for the earth. If the people on the earth would transition to a plant based diet, there would be much less hunger. For instance, instead of using so much land to grow food for animals we could be feeding people instead.

Eating a plant based diet becomes spiritual, because you know you are doing what is best for you, and best for the earth. I sincerely hope you think about transitioning to a plant based diet.
