Chemo/radiation useful?

I asked John McDougall, MD this question: "Re cancer: Are there any circumstances in which you would recommend chemo or radiation?" I was actually surprised at his answer. This was his reply: "Yes - but in many diseases (cancers) these tools have limited ability to change the course of the disease favorably. And the treatments are so toxic and costly. Radiation can control local disease. Chemo works for problems like leukemia."

“In order to make meaningful dietary changes, people need to be educated. They need to be given accurate information. Light Bulb

Every time you turn on a light, you are shortening the life of the bulb. Every time you turn off a light you are conserving the life of the bulb. Think of yourself as a 100 watt light bulb. Think of each watt signifying 1 year of your life. Think of trying to live to be 100 years old: 100 watts = 100 years. Every time you do something healthy for yourself the light stays off- you are extending your life. Every time you do something unhealthy to yourself the light is turned on- you are shortening your life. In actuality, a person consuming unhealthy substances is "shortening the life of their bulb". Many people today are hopelessly addicted to unhealthy food and drink, may possibly become sick from their unhealthy habits, and possibly die a premature death because of them.
